Machinery and equipment

PJSC “Mostobud” is furnished with all necessary machinery, equipment, and employs professionals who are able to carry out all the variety of construction projects.

What we have.

At the moment a floating pontoon crane with the capacity of 1200 tons is being built on request of “Mostobud”. A unique character of its construction will allow it to operate in shallow and narrow waters, overcome ancones and canal locks, and also go under bridges.  The crane will consist of several modules that will ensure flexible and autonomous work.

PJSC “Mostobud” possesses automobile cranes with capacities of 16 to 120 tons, efficient floating cranes.

Truck-mounted concrete pumps that we have allow us to deliver concrete to the height of 45 m.

PJSC “Mostobud” is able to carry out bridge construction , crossover and mooring construction as well as other complex construction projects.

With entrance of new investors in the year 2003, expenditures on renewal and purchasing new permanent assets have more than tripled.  

Today PJSC “Mostobud” owns enough equipment to implement major construction projects:

1. For ground work:

• bulldozers;
• excavating machinery.

2. For construction of pile foundations:

• drilling machines;
• pile drivers;
• dowel and pile drawing machinery;
• hydraulically-powered vibratory pile drivers;
• derrick boat;
• floatation devices based on pontoon КС-63.

3. For concrete work:

• transit concrete mixers;
• concrete pumps;
• concrete plants, situated in different parts of Ukraine.

4. For lifting and transportation work:

• electric gantry cranes with the capacity of 10 to 100 tons;
• autocranes with the capacity of 10 to 30 tons;
• autocranes with the capacity of 120 tons;
• caterpillar-tracked cranes with the capacity of 100 tons;
• locomotive cranes with the capacity of 100 tons;
• automotive transport.

5. For welding:

• semi-automated;
• automated welding machines;
• rectifiers;
• electric transformers.
